Dengue Fever – Factsheets and video from Health New Zealand

🌺Kia orāna, Ni sa bula vinaka, Kam na mauri, Fakaalofa lahi atu, Gude tru, Noa’ia e mauri, Tālofa lava, Halo olketa, Mālo ni, Mālō e lelei, Fakatālofa atu, Halo, Kia ora and warm Pacific greetings!🌺

To support Pacific families and communities with information to help prevent the spread of Dengue Fever, we have translated Dengue Factsheets into five Pacific languages and created videos for social media in Gagana Sāmoa and in English (with different cut down versions) which talk about how to prevent dengue infection and how to recognise the symptoms. As Samoa is the country most affected by Dengue currently, we have a version available in Gagana Sāmoa.

The videos feature Lemalu Semo Sititi who we thank immensely for the extra time and effort he put into the project outside his usual work duties. Mālō le tautua 👏
